color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Avrupa Yenilik\u00e7i Toplum Derne\u011fi &#8211; EISA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;den bir STK&#8217;d\u0131r. EISA, k\u00fcresel d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap verecek bireyleri desteklemeyi, sekt\u00f6rler aras\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fi, uluslararas\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fi ve dayan\u0131\u015fma faaliyetleri ile f\u0131rsatlar sunmay\u0131 ve bireyleri bu konuda te\u015fvik etmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor. EISA, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 50 Fen, Matematik, Dil \u00f6\u011fretmeni, \u00fcniversite fen bilimleri \u00f6\u011fretim eleman\u0131 ve e\u011fitim dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan gen\u00e7lerin mesleki geli\u015fimini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla kurulmu\u015ftur. EISA yeni bir STK olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen 200 aktif \u00fcyeye sahip ve bu say\u0131 her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131yor. EISA, NEET kategorisindeki gen\u00e7leri, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir toplumlar\u0131 i\u00e7in dijital okuryazar, sosyal olarak aktif ve becerikli bir \u015fekilde istihdam edilen bireyler olarak mezun etmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>Ayr\u0131ca, dezavantajl\u0131 gruplar\u0131n geli\u015fimine, entegrasyonuna ve refah\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunmak, di\u011fer kurulu\u015flar ve kamu kurumlar\u0131 ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc, adalet ve sosyal sorumlulu\u011fu te\u015fvik etmek ama\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. EISA, sosyal, siyasi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel konulardaki \u00e7e\u015fitli projeleri, e\u011fitim faaliyetlerini, kurslar\u0131, seminerleri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 ve kamu faaliyetlerini desteklemektedir. E\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 ve uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flarla g\u00f6\u00e7menleri, m\u00fcltecileri, s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131lar\u0131 ve aileleri, \u00f6zellikle de b\u00fcy\u00fck sosyal uyum zorluklar\u0131 ya\u015fayanlar\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in sosyal ve e\u011fitimsel i\u015fbirli\u011fi faaliyetlerini aktif olarak destekliyoruz.<br \/>EISA&#8217;n\u0131n temel amac\u0131, GEN\u00c7 YET\u0130\u015eK\u0130N ve dezavantajl\u0131 gen\u00e7lere toplum temelli e\u011fitim f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunmak; onlar\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f, demokrasi ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 olacak \u015fekilde e\u011fitmek; yetkinlikler ve beceri geli\u015fimi sa\u011flayarak Avrupa&#8217;da \u015fiddetsiz \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine katk\u0131da bulunmakt\u0131r:<br \/>\u00c7evre ve \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi;<br \/>Sanal Ger\u00e7eklik, Yapay Zeka ve Art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f Ger\u00e7eklik;<br \/>Yenilenebilir enerji;<br \/>Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve esenlik;<br \/>Yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve Sanat;<br \/>Toplumumuzun s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in.<br \/>Deneyimli e\u011fitmenleri, aktif \u00fcyeleri ve becerikli \u00fcyeleriyle EISA, mesleki e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimin, yeti\u015fkinlerin ve gen\u00e7lerin desteklenmesiyle ilgili sistemlerin e\u011fitimini ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmektedir. Politika de\u011fi\u015fikliklerini ve hizmetlerin iyile\u015ftirilmesini te\u015fvik etmek i\u00e7in sosyal sekt\u00f6r kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapar. Derne\u011fin kapsam\u0131, hayat boyu \u00f6\u011frenme \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00e7e\u015fitli alanlarda esnek bir ortam ve yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.
